It’s not our crisis
Good Morning America has been getting a lot of mileage out of selling global warming hype over the last few years. Here’s Robin Roberts on how desperate things are getting:
There is disturbing new research about the earth’s soaring temperatures, approaching temperatures hotter than the earth has been in 1 million years. We’re just two degrees away from that record. Experts say there’s little chance of stopping that. (Emphasis mine.)
Here’s weather guy Rob Champion on carnage estimates:
…the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) “will estimate that between 1.1 and 3.2 billion people will suffer from water shortage problems by 2080. That’s not your grandchildren, that’s your children. And between 200 million and 600 million more people will be going hungry.” (emphasis mine)
Given the desperate and dark times we live in, one might think the crew at GMA would be doing everything to stop it. Or, at least would have the good sense to not brag about how much CO2 they spew into the atmosphere:
“I tallied it up and we have circled the globe 12 times, 12 times in one year, 315,688 miles,”
